Although we'd bought our board 3 years ago, we'd only used it three times due to babies taking our attention for a while. We got it out a week ago, and unfortunately ran into an issue with the board. I reached on on a Friday, and by Wednesday I had a new one - in New Zealand! Even though it was out of warranty, Red Paddle Co did not hesitate to stand behind their product.
