- Alan Schutt Review added: 2018.01.13★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The rental van and rate were fine but I dropped it back 2 hours late on Sunday morning and was charged an extra day even after protesting. All I was told the day before was that it was only insured for 24hours - apparently not!!! All very well to say it was in the fine print, but lets be honest, most of us don't read them do we?. They could easily tell you in a few seconds what happens if it's late etc - not difficult is it Alchemy!! Beware!!
